No. I work with clients at many different stages of their fertility journey — from those preparing for IVF, to those actively in treatment, to individuals simply wanting to better support their fertility and overall health before taking next steps.
Your initial consultation is a 90-minute deep-dive session where we review your health history, fertility journey, current nutrition, lifestyle factors, labs, supplements, and goals. From there, we begin building a personalized strategy focused on supporting your body in a realistic and sustainable way.
Both. While many clients come individually, I also work with couples who want to better support both egg and sperm quality together. Fertility is rarely just one person’s responsibility, and optimizing both partners can be incredibly valuable.
Nutrition is a foundational piece, but our work often goes beyond food alone. We may also look at areas such as blood sugar regulation, inflammation, lifestyle factors, supplementation, lab work, and overall metabolic health to better support fertility outcomes.
Every person and fertility journey is different, so timelines can vary. Some clients notice improvements in energy, digestion, or cycle symptoms fairly quickly, while deeper changes related to fertility and egg quality often take more time and consistency. The goal is to create sustainable support for your body — not quick fixes.
