WHERE IT BEGINS

When you dreamed about starting a family, you may have imagined it happening quickly.

This path can feel frustrating and disempowering — as if you have no control.
You may be wondering how to regain a sense of control and support your body throughout the process.
I know that feeling, because I’ve been there too.

"It's not about quantity — it's
about quality."

A dream, a diagnosis,
and a different begining.

RD · IVF NUTRITION SPECIALIST

When I first started trying to conceive, I had my perfect plan all mapped out: finish my dietetic internship, start my career, and already be pregnant by the time I settled into work. But despite my best efforts, my body had other plans.
After two years of trying, I finally became pregnant — only to miscarry six weeks later. That’s when I learned I had endometriosis. From there came more questions. Eventually, I realized IVF was the right path for me.

Because of my background in nutrition, I knew how to support my body for the best possible outcomes. When my retrieval resulted in only six eggs, I reminded myself: it’s not about quantity, it’s about quality. Out of those six eggs, four became viable embryos. And just after one round of IVF, I conceived my son. And later, I conceived my daughter naturally.

Today, I’m a mother of two.

This journey changed me completely. It opened my eyes to how impactful nutrition and lifestyle support can be throughout infertility and IVF — not because they guarantee outcomes, but because they can help you feel more supported, more empowered, and more connected to your body through the process.

That’s why I created the IVF Nutrition Center.

I know what it feels like to desperately want to become a mom. I know the loneliness, the fear, the waiting, and the uncertainty.

And I also know how powerful it can feel to finally have support.

THE FULL PICTURE

How nourishment carried me through every stage.

The nourishment you give your body before pregnancy directly impacts IVF outcomes, pregnancy health, and the long-term health of your baby.

01

Initial Diagnosis

Endometriosis changed everything. Suddenly, my professional knowledge became deeply personal. I applied years of nutritional study to my own fertility — navigating the complex overlap between endometriosis, inflammation, and conception.

02

Choosing IVF

While so much of the IVF process felt out of my control, I leaned into what I could control — how I nourished and supported my body. I optimised my diet for egg quality, reduced inflammation, and focused on mitochondrial support.

03

The Outcome

Six eggs retrieved. Four viable embryos. One round of IVF. Today, I am a mother. That experience — the fear, the hope, the science — shaped everything I now bring to my clients every single day.

Creating IVF Nutrition Center

What began as my own search for answers eventually became the foundation for the work I do today.

Through infertility, IVF, pregnancy loss, and endometriosis, I saw firsthand how overwhelming and isolating the fertility journey can feel — and how difficult it can be to find clear, evidence-based nutrition guidance that also feels compassionate and realistic.

IVF Nutrition Center was created to bridge that gap.

Today, I support individuals and couples navigating fertility and IVF with personalized, science-backed nutrition care that helps them feel more informed, supported, and empowered throughout the process.

WHY I DO THIS WORK

My journey taught me firsthand how

powerful it feels to take back control.

Preparing your body with the right nutrients is one of the most powerful and meaningful steps you can take — for yourself and for your future family.

That’s why I created the IVF Nutrition Center — to give other women and couples the support I once needed, combining my professional expertise as a dietitian with my lived experience of infertility, IVF, and endometriosis.

Today, I help clients
take back their power.

Feel Empowered

Walk your unique path to parenthood with greater hope, clarity, and the deep confidence that comes from truly nourishing your body.

Nourishment doesn't just matter
for conception — it shapes

everything that comes after.

What I learned along the way is this: the nourishment
you give your body before pregnancy directly impacts
IVF outcomes, pregnancy health, and even the
long-term health of your baby.

“Preparing your body with the right nutrients is one
of the most powerful and meaningful steps
you can take — for yourself and for your future family.”

This isn’t about perfection or restriction. It’s about giving your body what it needs to respond, adapt, and thrive during one of the most demanding seasons it will go through.

While we can’t control every outcome, we can nourish our bodies, improve our chances, and walk this path with greater hope. You don’t have to do this alone.
